Generate installation code · Reset password

What is counted?

The basic counter measures page views, not unique visitors. Reloads and repeated requests may increase the count. No claim of complete bot filtering is made.

Which installation method should I use?

Use the script with its no-JavaScript fallback, or one image pixel. Both active at once can cause double counting. Keep the same public counter ID and a meaningful page name.

How can I verify the installation?

Open an own test page with the code and check your private dashboard. Compare a known request sequence with the displayed values. Code generation or a loaded image alone does not prove storage.

Why can I not sign in?

New accounts stay inactive until you confirm your email and set the final password. Use your public counter ID to sign in. Duplicate, inactive or ambiguous IDs do not get access.

How does password reset work?

Request the link for your account, open it and explicitly confirm a new password. Reading the email alone changes nothing. Successful reset invalidates old sessions and API keys.

What does website proof mean?

Add the displayed meta tag, token file or DNS TXT record to your own website, then request a check from your profile. Saving a different URL invalidates the previous proof.

Where are my API keys?

Create or replace your key in your private dashboard. A new key is displayed once; replacement invalidates the previous key. Never put a key or password in the public tracking code.

What if the service is unavailable?

A failed tracking request does not prove a recorded view. Retry your own test after the service recovers and check the dashboard. Old views are not reconstructed from a successful image response.
