Terms of use

Terms template

Draft for further legal and operational coordination.

1. Operator and intended service

The operator is Sebastian Selinger, Eichstetter Straße 11, 79106 Freiburg, Germany. Contact details and their review status are provided in the Legal notice. BlogTraffic is intended for aggregate website-view analysis. View counts do not establish unique visitors or prove a correct installation.

2. Account and website authorisation

Personal account access and explicit verification of integrated hosts are intended. Credentials and secret keys must be kept confidential. Public tracking code does not grant account-management rights. Other people's websites must not be taken over without the appropriate authorisation.

3. Integration and permitted use

The installation guide explains the technical options. Avoid duplicate integrations, artificial requests and personal data in page identifiers. Website operators remain responsible for their content and the legal assessment of their integration. Cookieless counting is not blanket privacy approval.

4. Scope and additional allowances

Technical scope depends on the website allowance actually enabled and the installation's operational limits. This draft contains no prices, automatic orders or performance or availability guarantees. Additional offers, fees and any required consumer information must be separately defined before a binding contract.

5. Contract terms still to be defined

Contract formation, duration, termination, changes, service disruptions, liability, any withdrawal rights and handling of data after termination must be specifically and appropriately defined before legal approval. This template does not agree to unrestricted indemnification or deletion at any time without review.

6. Privacy and documentation

The privacy template and the unapproved Draft data processing agreement identify outstanding review points. Registration technically binds consent to the current file version of these terms. That technical record does not turn a template into legally reviewed terms.
